The season of the main Baltic fish is open in Luciano!
Juicy, salty, crunchy - all this is about Baltic smelt. Chef Andrei Koshkodan tried to keep the spirit of the northern sea and the Northern capital, for which this fish is a synonym to spring and also a local landmark. But at the same time, the wanted to surprise guests with uncommon combinations.
Smelt in Luciano can now be found in salads - baked in batter and tinted with soft avocado in walnut sauce and baked potatoes or smoked, hidden behind a spectacular carpaccio of celery root with rouille sauce. And it can be served as a light main dish - baked with a bright green mix of spinach, broccoli and edamame beans.
Smelt can also be ordered grilled or classic deep-fried.
