SUMMER MENU AT LUCIANO

Our chief Ilya Zakharov bought a nice piece of veal at the local market. Now he’s going to make a good carpaccio out of this one. And as an addition - marinated artichokes, parmesan, basil, arugula, chervil, dried Baku tomatoes, and airy white mushrooms mousse. And something new: farm chicken, marinated with thyme and garlic and roasted with mushroom duxelles, served with morels. And Dagestan lamb with spring vegetables, stewed in spices for about 13 hours, roasted and served with meat sauce.
