First of October, together with Russian Restaurant Festival, started the Moscow Gastronomic Festival. The point is to make Russian gastronomy more popular and accessible. That is why each of a hundred participant restaurants made their own sets for equal price with others. Plain and simple: each restaurant wants to make guests fall in love with it, so each card is truly delicious.
October set-menu: flawless carpaccio with salmon from Murmansk and pike's caviar, roast beef salad with satay, royal ravioli with rabbit, porcini and truffle sauce. Desert is also present — Sicilian cannele with creme patissiere.
