Tartar at «Moscow Restaurant Week»

Till July 14th «Mosow Restaurant Week» gastronomic festival takes place at the best restaurants of the city and is entirely dedicated to the tartar. Seafood tartar trio: scallop, sea bass, salmon — with strawberries, red caviar and almonds. Andrey Koshkodan presents the famous snack from Italian point of view: made from a tender meat of a young bull with pickled cucumbers, capers and daikon cress, or as a fish tartar made of tuna, with avocado, mustard seeds and ponzo sauce.
